European olive is an evergreen tree that grows in tropical and subtropical climates, reaching a maximum height of 10 meters. On average, the tree grows up to 5-6 meters. The body is curved, knotted, the bark is gray. The branches are long, knotted, sometimes bent down. The leaves are lanceolate, the edges are entire, leathery, arranged opposite each other, the upper part is smooth, gray-green, the lower part is light, bent downwards. The leaves remain on the tree for a long time and do not fall off, even in winter. Gradually change over 1-2 years. New leaves are formed from spring to autumn.
